Job Duties: Review and revise Operations and Maintenance sections of CAMS Enterprise Project Plan. Record time and progress using Project Management tool, develop project plans, and manage incidents. Assess support requests for impact on cost, resources, schedule, and other IT systems, leading and managing support requests. Provide opinions on proposed CAMS changes, including impact analysis. Resolve 2nd level requests, perform root cause analysis, and conduct break-fix resolution. Create and modify functional documentation, test system changes, and collaborate with external partners. 2. Position Opening: Business Analyst – Tallahassee, FL

Job Duties: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the childcare application. Conduct process analysis to identify gaps and inefficiencies, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) to support the development process. Work closely with the development team to design and enhance key application features, including reporting modules and medical foster care management. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases, coordinating with end-users, and ensuring resolution of defects before deployment. 3. Position Opening: System Administrator – Tallahassee, FL

Job Duties: Perform Windows Server and Cache system administration, including system design, installation, configuration and management for enterprise class servers and services which are to be completed in the timeframe specified by Department work tickets. Perform proactive daily monitoring for high availability, system data protection, user account management, disk storage management, hardware and OS maintenance and application maintenance for all servers serviced by HMS. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve outages and issues reported by customers, system administrators, and support teams, ensuring completion within the timeframe outlined in departmental work tickets. Provide detailed documented reports of all server administration tasks, including resolutions for all resolved tickets and assignments. Tools and Technologies required: Intersystems Cache, Nagios for server and application monitoring, Hyper-V and AZURE for virtualization, IBM ClearCase for software configuration management, Jazz and Cherwell for service management.
